today i got up ate breakfast watched some tv took my meds for the morning laid around and rested took a shower so i could get ready to go take mom to work i had to pick up my niece from school she had to stay late i went and got my hair cut it looks great i love it iam so worn out though from my wonderful womens retreat i went on i had a great time with everyone that went we had a lot of fun and we got to know each other better we had 29 women that went we went to panama city beach fl we left on thursday morning and came back sundaywe stayed in a wonderful resort it was a condo resort we was on the 13 floor very very nice condos i took alot of pics and there is some women that is going to share their pics with me and iam sharing mine with them. im going to make a scrapbook i cant wait to start working on it i got alot of ideas going thru my head its going to be fun making it.. well that was my day and the last few days yesterday labor day my family had a cook out my brother and their families came over we had a good time we had hamburgers and hotdogs coleslaw and all the fixings yummy well im going to go now iam so tired i will be fixing this blog adding pics and so on so be on the watch
