my dad is having total knee replacement surgery

my dad is either still in surgery or out by now havent heard from my mom or brother about how he is he had to be down there by 8am hes at peidmont hospital in atlanta ga so my brother scott went with him and mom down there dad will be in there for 3 to 4 days then come home and start the recovery process. ugh i kinda dread it. but i know he will do fine iam sitting at home all alone right now the doors are locked and all lights are out expect where iam at which is in my bedroom. i dont have a way to go anywhere my car died on me the motor locked down on me and i dont understand why?? so frustrating i just had the oil changed and went to fort payne al in it with no problems at all..so im just dumb founded about why it did it.. anyway im just sitting at home all alone iam so bored i may work on some beading but not sure.. i dont know what i want to do and all.. well im going to go

about my mini vacation i had a blast

i had a great time in fort payne alabama me and my best friend left last thursday morning around 10am and arrived in fortpayne around 1 30 or so cant remember the time we got there i got checked in and we got to our room and got setttled in i called my friend kristine and told her i have arrived and is at the hotel. she said she was still coming back from nashville from seeing jeff cook perform that morning. so anyway me and debbie got unpacked and we ate a sandwich and had some coke to drink and she drank water we finally met kristine when she got htere with her crew and she said that tn girl shirley was coming in friday night so we sat around and talked and i called faith and talked to her she is another friend of mine from the jeff cook message board. and i talked to patty and dan aka copper too we had johnny and cheryls wedding reception later that night it was so much fun we had a blast we finally left and went back to the hotel it was kinda late so we all settled in for the night got up early friday morning had contiental breakfast at the hotel and then we went to wal mart to let debbie get her some snack stuff and then went back to the hotel and met up with kristine patty dan their granddaughter and niece and faith and lisa and a few more fans and we all went to eat lunch at this resturant it wasnt that great if you are ever go to fort payne ask me about the name and i will tell you the prices was too high if u ask me and the food was so so i had a cheese burger fries an a coke and it wsa over 8 dollars i thought that was high after we ate we al went back to the hotel and hung out by the pool til time to go eat supper and then we went to the pool and hung out til a storm caused us to go in we all went to my rom and hung out and talked and talked til after mid night or so that was so much fun just sitting around talking and catching up on things. we finally called it the night and went to bed i coudlnt sleep so i got up and looked out the window and then watched some tv till i fell asleep woke up early sat morning around 6am got ready for breakfast went down and got some and then came back to the room and got ready to go do some things me and my friend debbie went to the alabama fan club to let her look around some i have already been there and seen it all then we went to the theater to get me a shirt and talk to everyone that was there i met maryann and she wanted to see my necklaces i have made and she bought one and faith and cathy from pa bought some so i sold a few up there i was so happy about that. we hung around the theater some and then left and went back to the hotel and hung out till time to go to the show that night we left around 6pm to get there we got there and got our tickets and they let finally let us in and showed us to our seats we had good seats but not as good as i could have liked to have. i got my pics took with several people i have met that day that i havent met before we sat around and talked i walked around and took pics of the board members that i could get a pic of and i got in some of the pics too i will post pics soon and the show finally started it was so good i had the best time ever i just wish it didnt have to end we all stood around and talked and talked after the show.. then we headed back to the hotel and i got everything i didnt need that night loaded in the car so we could be ready to head out to go eat breakfast at the cracker barell sunday morning bright and early.. so after i got the car done i talked to tn girl that night at the hotel for a while and kristine too her crew went and slept at the alabama fan club so they could get autograhs from jeff teddy randy and mark but from what i heard mark didnt come so anyway that night we just talked for a while then went to bed so we could get up get ready to go we got up sunday morning bright and early debbie got ready and i did and loaded my suite case and all and her stuff too and we checked out and headed to the cracker barrel to eat we got there mike was there and so was patty dan shirley and her husband paul and her son casey lisa showed up faith came in and spooky and ron and kath and their boys neal and scott and sammy nancy sarah so we had a crowd there we had a great time jeff cook came by and said good by to us oh mary ann and ken was there too jeff was having to leave so he could get over to the fan club for autograhs he thanked us all for coming and hopes to see us all again real soon. we all got thru eating and went out to get pics took and said our good byes so sad we didnt want to leave but the time had come. i got a great group shot of us all from the board i will post some pics now and some later i have alot
